All artwork, images, videos, audiobooks and written content on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of SAGA Fine Arts (Renier Pieterse) unless otherwise stated. All rights are reserved. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published or used in any form without prior written consent from SAGA Fine Arts.

When you purchase a digital copy (watermarked or clean), you are purchasing a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that file for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not grant you the right to:

• Print the digital file for sale, distribution or commercial display
• Share, upload or redistribute the file to any third party
• Use the artwork in commercial projects, products or marketing materials
• Remove, alter or reproduce the SAGA watermark or QR code

Physical prints ordered through SAGA Fine Arts are produced and fulfilled by our print partner. Each print carries the SAGA Fine Arts embossed mark and a hand-numbered authenticity certificate confirming the edition number, artwork title, and artist details. A0 editions are limited to 5 prints per artwork and A1 editions to 10 prints per artwork — once an edition is sold out, no further prints of that size will be produced. Self-printing of purchased digital files is a violation of your licence agreement and the copyright of SAGA Fine Arts.

All artwork is delivered with a SAGA Fine Arts watermark and QR code. These are applied automatically and cannot be removed without an authorised purchase. Any attempt to digitally remove, obscure or bypass the watermark is a breach of these terms and may constitute copyright infringement under South African law.

Content uploaded by subscribers remains the intellectual property of the original creator. By uploading, you grant SAGA Fine Arts a non-exclusive licence to display, watermark and sell your content through this platform for the duration of your subscription. You confirm that all uploaded content is your original work and does not infringe any third-party rights. SAGA Fine Arts takes a 30% commission on all subscriber sales.

5% of Print Bundle sales and 10% of Collection Pack sales are donated to registered South African wildlife and animal welfare organisations. These contributions are made by SAGA Fine Arts on behalf of the purchaser and are non-refundable.

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on digital downloads once delivered. For physical prints, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase before production begins. Defective or damaged prints will be replaced at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving a damaged order.

We collect only the information necessary to process your order and deliver your purchased content. Your personal information will not be sold, shared or used for any purpose other than fulfilling your order and communicating with you about it. We comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from your use of this platform or purchase of our products will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
